饲粮烟酸添加水平对生长獭兔生长性能、毛皮品质、血脂代谢及血清抗氧化指标的影响

         

摘要

本试验旨在探讨饲粮烟酸添加水平对3~5月龄生长獭兔生长性能、毛皮品质、血脂代谢及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取平均体重为(1860±144) g的3月龄獭兔160只,随机分成4组,每组40个重复,每个重复1只獭兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂添加50、100和200 mg/kg烟酸的试验饲粮,预试期7 d,正试期53 d。结果表明:饲粮烟酸添加水平对平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比无显著影响( P>0.05)。饲粮烟酸添加水平对毛皮重量、毛皮面积、被毛长度无显著影响(P>0.05),对毛皮厚度有显著影响(P<0.05)。饲粮烟酸添加水平对血浆雌二醇及血清总蛋白、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05),对血清胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸含量有极显著影响( P<0.01)。饲粮烟酸添加水平对血清谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性及丙二醛含量无显著影响( P>0.05)。综合本试验结果,3~5月龄生长獭兔饲粮适宜烟酸添加水平为100 mg/kg(饲粮烟酸实测含量为111.54 mg/kg)。%This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary nicotinic acid supplemental level on growth performance, fur quality, blood lipid metabolism indices and serum antioxidant indices of growing Rex rabbits aged from 3 to 5 months. A total of 160 three-month-old Rex rabbits with average body weight of (1 860±144) g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in the experimental groups were fed the exper-imental diets supplemented with 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg nicotinic acid, respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 53 days. The results showed as follows:dietary nicotinic acid supplement levels had no significant effects on average daily gain, average daily feed intake, ratio of feed to gain, fur weight, fur area and wool length (P>0.05), while it had significant effects on fur thickness (P<0.05) . Dietary nicotinic acid supplement levels had no significant effects on the contents of estradiol in plasma and total protein, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum ( P>0.05) , while it had significant effects on the contents of cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and free fatty acid in serum ( P<0.01) . Dietary nicotinic acid supplement levels had no significant effects on the activities of glutathione peroxi-dase and total superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde content in serum ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, the suit-able dietary nicotinic acid supplement level of Rex rabbits aged from 3 to 5 months is 100 mg/kg ( dietary nico-tinic acid measured content is 111.54 mg/kg).
