酵母硒和亚硒酸钠对临武鸭血清抗氧化能力及蛋硒存留动态变化的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of sodium selenite and selenium yeast on serum antioxidant capacity, egg quality and dynamic change of egg selenium retention of Linwu ducks. Two hundred and forty 29⁃week⁃old healthy Linwu ducks with a similar laying rate were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 16 ducks per replicate. The ducks in control group were fed a basal diet without adding selenium source (selenium content was 0.183 mg/kg), while the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.30 mg/kg selenium in forms of sodium selenite or selenium yeast, re⁃spectively. The experimental diets were fed with 42 d for each group, then stop to supplement selenium and the basal diet were fed within 10 days. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, dietary supplemented with sodium selenite or selenium yeast had no significant effect on the performance and egg quali⁃ty of Linwu ducks ( P>0.05) , dietary addition of 0.30 mg/kg sodium selenite or selenium yeast significant in⁃creased serum selenium content of Linwu ducks ( P<0.01) , and significant increased serum glutathione peroxi⁃dase activity ( P<0.05) , dietary addition of 0.30 mg/kg selenium yeast significant decreased the serum malon⁃aldehyde content ( P<0.05) . 2) Compared with the control group, dietary supplemented with sodium selenite or selenium yeast significant increased the egg selenium content (P<0.01), stop supplement selenium source within 5 days, the egg selenium content of experimental groups still significant higher than that in control group ( P<0.01) , stop supplement selenium source within 7 and 8 days, the egg selenium content of selenium yeast group was significantly higher than that in sodium selenite group and control group ( P<0.01) , stop supplement selenium source within 9 and 10 days, the egg selenium content of all groups were recovery to the same level ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, the performance and egg quality of Linwu ducks are not affected by dietary addition of sodium selenite and selenium yeast; but the serum antioxidant activity, selenium contents in serum and egg of Linwu ducks can be improved. Compared with sodium selenite, dietary supplementation of selenium yeast can prolong the selenium retention of egg.%本试验旨在研究酵母硒和亚硒酸钠对临武鸭血清抗氧化能力、蛋品质及蛋硒存留动态变化的影响。试验选用29周龄产蛋率接近的健康临武鸭240只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复16只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不补充外源硒,硒含量为0.183 mg/kg);试验组在基础饲粮中分别补充0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠或酵母硒,饲喂42 d后,撤除外源硒,连续饲喂基础饲粮10 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中补充亚硒酸钠或酵母硒对临武鸭生产性能和蛋品质无显著影响( P>0.05),饲粮补充0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠或酵母硒极显著提高了临武鸭血清中硒含量( P<0.01),显著提高了血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性( P<0.05);饲粮补充0.3 mg/kg酵母硒显著降低了血清中丙二醛含量( P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中补充亚硒酸钠或酵母硒极显著提高了蛋硒含量( P<0.01);停止补充后的5 d内,试验组蛋硒含量仍极显著高于对照组( P<0.01);停止补充后的7、8 d,酵母硒组蛋硒含量极显著高于亚硒酸钠组和对照组( P<0.01);停止补充后的9、10 d,试验组蛋硒含量衰减至对照组相同水平( P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中补充亚硒酸钠或酵母硒对临武鸭生产性能和蛋品质无显著影响,但能改善临武鸭血清抗氧化能力,提高血清和蛋中硒含量;与亚硒酸钠相比,饲粮补充酵母硒可延长硒在蛋中的存留时效。
