FEED FOR DUCK CONTAINING EXTRACT FROM GALIC AND CORIANDRUM SATIVUM,METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE DUCK, DUCK FEEDING THE DUCK,AND DUCK MEAT AND EGGS BY THE DUCK

PURPOSE: A producing method of duck feed containing a garlic extract and a coriandrum sativum extract is provided to reduce the amount of cholesterol of duck meat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of duck feed comprises the following steps: crushing garlic and coriandrum sativum into the size smaller than 3mm; inserting the crushed garlic and coriandrum sativum into a supercritical fluid extraction apparatus; transforming carbon dioxide into supercritical fluid at 30~50deg C with the pressure of 150~300atm; generating bubbles inside the supercritical fluid using an ultrasonic wave oscillator; extracting the garlic and coriandrum sativum using the supercritical fluid; and separating the garlic and coriandrum sativum extracts by decompressing the carbon dioxide.
