植物提取物抑菌活性及作用机理

         

摘要

天然植物中含有多种抑菌活性成分,可大致归纳为如下几大类,即生物碱类、挥发油类、黄酮类、有机酸类、多糖类、单宁类和植物色素等。本文借鉴国内外学者近年来的研究成果,对植物提取物抑菌活性成分及抑菌机理方面的研究进行了概括和总结,展望了植物源性添加剂在动物饲养方面的开发及应用前景,以期为抑菌性植物源饲料添加剂的开发及应用提供参考依据。%Natural plants contain a variety of ingredients which have antibacterial activities, and the ingredients can be approximately categorized into the followings:alkaloids, volatile oil, flavones, organic acids, polysac⁃charides, tannins, plant pigments and so on. This article summarized the antibacterial active ingredients and their mechanisms as well as the prospective development and application as additives in animal feeding, refer⁃ring to the domestic and abroad scholars’ research achievements, in order to provide the reference for further research and application of those plant extracts as additives.
