银花苦丁茶饮料对烫伤大鼠肾的保护作用

摘要

目的:观察银花苦丁茶饮料对烫伤大鼠肾微细结构及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)与白细胞介素-1(IL-1)浓度的影响,评价其对肾的保护作用.方法:H-E染色法检测肾实质的微细结构变化,SABC免疫组织化学法检测肾实质TNFα表达；ELISA检测血清TNFα与IL-1.结果:与对照组比较,实验组肾实质的炎症与损伤程度轻,范围局限,进展缓慢,血管球淤血而无出血,肾小管上皮内仅见颗粒变性细胞与轻度水样变性细胞,TNFα表达较弱,灰度值与烫伤时间呈负相关,血清TNFα与IL-1浓度在烫伤后缓慢升高,在第4小时达高峰(77.61±15.20,47.84±2.78).结论:银花苦丁茶饮料能延缓TNFα与IL-1的释放,对烫伤大鼠肾有一定的保护作用.%Objective: To observe the influence of honeysuckle immature Chinese holly leaf beverages on the kidney micro-structure and serum concentration of TNFα and IL-1. The expression of TNFa was weaker, and the grey level and time presented negative correlation. The serum concentration of TNFa and IL-1 increased slowly after scalding, which was the highest in the fourth hour (77. 61±15. 20, 47. 84±2. 78). Conclusion: Honeysuckle immature Chinese holly leaf beverages can delay the release of TNFa and IL-1 and have certain protective effect on the kidney of scalded rats, so it can be used as an adjuvant therapy for burns.
