白细胞介素31在自身免疫及变态反应性疾病中的研究进展

摘要

Interleukin-31 (IL-31), a member of the family of gp130/IL-6, is involved in regulating cell prolifera-tion, hematopoiesis , immune responses and other functions .Studies have found that IL-31 plays an important role in diseases such as autoimmune disease and allergic diseases .And further studies of biological functions and mechanisms of IL-31 will have great significance in the treatment of autoimmune and allergic diseases .This review summarized the biological characteristics of IL-31 and its applications in the research progress of autoim-mune and allergic diseases .%白细胞介素31（interleukin-31， IL-31）为gp130／IL-6家族成员，具有调节细胞增殖、调节造血、免疫调节等功能。研究发现， IL-31在自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病等疾病中起重要作用，深入研究IL-31生物学功能及作用机制对自身免疫性疾病及变态反应性疾病的治疗具有重要意义。本文主要介绍了IL-31生物学特性及其在自身免疫及变态反应性疾病中的研究进展。
