微创腋臭根治术对难治性腋臭的治疗效果探讨

Objective To discuss the experience of the Minimally Invasive Radical Surgery on refractory bromhidrosis. Methods From January,2009 to April,2011, there were all together 30 cases of adopting Minimally Invasive Surgery to treat refractory axillary bromhidrosis. Each patient had one or more than one record of accepting other kinds of surgeries which had led to recurring bromhidrosis within one to six months after the surgeries. Results The symptoms of 30 patients were greatly decreased without any kind of complication. Conclusion Minimally Invasive Radical Surgery on refractory bromhidrosis proves to an effective and safe treatment which can be widely used.%目的：探讨微创腋臭根治术对难治性腋臭治疗的心得体会。方法：自2009年1月起应用腋窝微创切口治疗难治性腋臭30例，持续至2011年4月。每例患者首次或以前多次不同方法治疗腋臭后效果不佳导致复发，复发时间从治疗后1月到6月。结果：30例患者接受根治术治疗后均出现极大程度的异味改善，未出现任何并发症。结论：应用微创腋臭根治术治疗难治性腋臭效果好，安全有效，有推广价值。
