METHOD OF OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF HYDRADENTITIS AXILLARIS WITH PURULENT FISTULOUS INFILTRATION

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for operative treatment of hydradentitis axillaris with purulent fistulous infiltration. Excision of hydradentitis is carried out by two bow-shaped cuts on borders of purulent fistulous infiltrates in direction from medial to lateral angle of diamond-shaped axillary crease. Infiltrated cellular tissue is removed as single massive on depth of axillary fascia or neurovascular fascicle with formation of healthy tissues on cavity sides. Cavity is sewn with double-lined interrupted atraumatic suture, first line of which is applied on hypodermic body structure by absorbable ligatures, and second - on body skin by non-absorbable ligatures.;EFFECT: method allows to reduce recurrence risk, accelerate suture healing.;4 cl, 1 ex
