The present invention relates to an incision and suction technique (IST) surgical instrument for treating Osmidrosis axillae. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the IST surgical instrument for treating Osmidrosis axillae comprises a hollow cannula. The cannula comprises: a first absorption unit having a first hole for absorbing sweat gland; and a second absorption unit providing a second hole which absorbs the sweat gland and has the larger size than the first hole, and provided closer to the rear end side than the first absorption unit.
