听神经瘤术后麻痹性眼睑外翻的治疗

摘要

目的:探讨心脏涤纶补片兜带术治疗听神经麻痹术后麻痹性睑外翻的效果.方法:于内眦部韧带及外眦部颞上方,做下睑一皮下隧道切口,将心脏涤纶补片条带分别固定于内眦韧带及外眦颞上方,使下睑缘位于下角巩缘上2mm.结果:术后随访6~12个月,7例听神经瘤术后麻痹性睑外翻均完全矫正,无植入物移位及脱出,患者对手术效果满意.结论:心脏涤纶补片条带兜带术治疗听神经瘤术后麻痹性睑外翻,操作简单,创伤小,易掌握,效果确切,是一种较好的手术方法.%Objective To explore the treatment of heart dacron patch pocket with auditory nerve paralysis postoperative nerve paralytic ectropion of therapeutic effect.
