光动力疗法联合手术治疗病理性瘢痕疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with surgical operation treatment of pathological scar. Methods From December 2013 to August 2014,21 cases of patients with pathological scars were treated by ALA-PDT for four times,and then were treated by surgical resection after scar gets small.ALA-PDT treatment for three times after surgery. Results Scar tissue of 21 cases of patients were removed with satisfactory therapeutic effect,and incision healed well,without complications such as infection, delayed wound healing. Followed up for 6 months,no recurrence and the satisfaction of patients is 100%. Conclusion It is satisfactory of the clinical efficacy of ALA-PDT combined surgical operation treatment of pathological scar,with low recurrence rate.%目的：探讨光动力疗法联合手术治疗病理性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年8月就诊的21例病理性瘢痕患者，先予以ALA-PDT治疗使瘢痕缩小，再行手术切除，术后再行3次ALA-PDT治疗。结果：21例患者治疗效果满意，瘢痕组织均被去除，切口愈合良好，无感染、切口延迟愈合等术后并发症，随访6个月未见复发病例，患者满意度100%。结论：ALA-PDT联合手术治疗病理性瘢痕，疗效满意，复发率低。
