光纤热塑与单纯抽吸术治疗腋臭的临床效果对比

摘要

Objective To explore a more efficient surgical method to cure axillary osmidorsis through a comparative study or results from two surgical treatments of axillary osmidrosis in the armpit area. Methods 80 patients were randomized into two groups, in which 40 patients (group A)with optical fiber thermoplastic and 40 patients (group B)with simple liposuction. The clinical outcomes in the two groups were comparatively analyzed,based on surgery time,effect,complications, scarring and recovery time. Results The total efficiency of axillary osmidrosis treatment was 95%after 6- 12months clinical followed- up towards two groups. There was no significantly statistical difference on the effect of both groups.Micro- incision dissection and excision of subcutaneous tissue from axillary folds based on surgery time, complications, recovery time,scarring and armpit hair survival rate. The two groups were significantly difference ( P<0.05). Conclusions Optical fiber therm as treatment for axillary osmidrosis is a methord with more effectiveness and reliability.It is a more acceptable approach to patients in view of safety and convenience, smaller and invisible scarring,fewer complications,and less recovery time.%目的：通过对腋毛区两种术式治疗腋臭的疗效对比，探索一种更好的治疗腋臭的手术方法。方法：对80例腋臭患者随机分成两组，40例行光纤治疗（A组），另40例行单纯抽吸术（B组），两组的手术时间、疗效、并发症、瘢痕、恢复时间等进行总结对比分析。结果：经6～12个月随访，两组患者腋臭治愈率率均为95%以上。A组在手术时间、术后并发症、恢复时间、瘢痕、腋毛存活率方面明显优于B组。两组差异有统计学意义（＜0.05）。结论：光纤治疗腋臭疗效显著，安全性高、瘢痕更小、并发症少、恢复快，更容易被患者接受。
