皮肤恶性黑色素瘤诊断及外科治疗策略

摘要

Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma (CMM) account 4 to 5 percent in total malignant tumors and 90 percent cause of skin cancer related death. The new modern CMM diagnoses technology such as sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB), dermoscopy. The performance of lymph node dissection and radical excision become more standardized. This review focused on the progress in the diagnosis and surgical treatments for cutaneous malignant melanoma.%皮肤恶性黑色素瘤（Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma, CMM）占全身恶性肿瘤的4%～5%，具有较高的恶性程度，占皮肤癌相关致死病因的90%以上。目前皮肤恶性黑色素瘤领域中应用皮肤镜、前哨淋巴结活检等新兴的诊断技术。同时扩大切除、淋巴结清扫等外科技术进一步规范。为总结和分析皮肤恶性黑色素瘤临床特点、诊断及外科治疗的进展情况，本文对各种诊断、手术方法和进展情况予以综述。
