低压无针瘢痕内注射复方倍他米松联合脉冲染料激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩

摘要

Objective To observe the efifcacy of low pressure needle free intralesional injection of compound betamethasone combined with Pulsed-Dye Laser in the treatment of keloid effect.Methods 23 cases with keloid were used low pressure needle free syringe intralesional injection of compound betamethasone, the next day all patients were treated by 595nm Pulsed-Dye Laser (PDL,7mm spot size,lfuence 6-9mJ/cm2,pulse width 0.45ms) treatment, once for every one month, three times for one course of treatment. All patients were followed up at the end of treatment after six months. According to the skin color, itching, pain, softness, thickness, size to determine the efifcacy and record adverse reactions.Results All patients completed the experiment. The excellence rate was 43.48%, the effective rate was 69.57%, the Inefifciency was 30.43%, and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Combination intralesional injection of compound betamethasone with a needle-free injector with Pulsed-DyeLaser was safe and effective in treatment of keloids, there was fewer side effects.%目的：观察低压无针瘢痕内注射复方倍他米松联合脉冲染料激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果。方法：23例瘢痕疙瘩患者，采用低压无针注射器瘢痕内注射复方倍他米松，次日采用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗。每隔1个月治疗1次，3次为1疗程。疗程结束后6个月复诊，按照皮损色泽、痒疼、柔软度、厚度、大小判断疗效并记录不良反应。结果：显效率43.48%；有效率69.57%，无效率为30.43%，无明显不良反应。结论：低压无针瘢痕内药物注射联合脉冲染料激光治疗瘢痕疙瘩有一定的效果，副作用较少。
