颞部软组织层次解剖学研究和透明质酸注射充填的安全层次分析

摘要

目的:通过对成人尸体头部标本的颞部层次解剖学研究,分析透明质酸颞部注射填充的安全层次.方法:收集新鲜成人尸体标本4例、甲醛溶液浸泡保存尸体标本4例,解剖观察颞部各层次间相应组织关系.根据颞部解剖学特点进行临床颞部透明质酸注射充填,观察并记录其术后疗效及安全性.结果:颞部软组织层次解剖由浅至深为皮肤、皮下脂肪、颞浅筋膜、颞中筋膜、颞深筋膜浅层、颞浅脂肪垫、颞深筋膜深层、颞深脂肪垫、颞肌和骨膜.84例患者填充后颞部皱纹深度缓解80例(95.24％),颞部凹陷区改善82例(97.62％);出现局部肿胀10例(11.90％);硬结5例(5.95％);触痛8例(9.52％);瘙痒7例(8.33％).结论:透明质酸注射充填的安全层次为颞部上方近额处的颞肌深面及颞中静脉下方近颧弓处颞浅脂肪垫.%Objective To investigate the safety level of temporal injection of hyaluronic acid by the temporal anatomical study of the head specimens of adult cadavers.Methods Four fresh cadaveric specimens were collected,four specimens were preserved by formaldehyde soaking,and the corresponding tissue relationship was observed by anatomy.Clinical temporal hyaluronic acid injection was performed according to the characteristics of temporal anatomy.The postoperative efficacy and safety were observed and recorded.Results Temporal soft tissue was dissected from shallow to deep skin,subcutaneous fat,superficial temporal fascia,temporal fascia,superficial temporal fascia,superficial temporal fat pad,deep temporal fascia,deep temporal fat pad,temporal muscle and periosteum.A total of 84 patients in this group,80 cases(95.24％)of the remission of the depth of the temporal wrinkles after filling,82 cases(97.62％)improvement of temporal depression.There were 10 cases(11.90％)with local swelling,5 cases(5.95％)with induration,8 cases(9.52％)with tenderness and 7 cases(8.33％)with itching.Conclusion The safe level of hyaluronic acid injection filling is the temporal superficial fat pad near the front of the temporal superior temporal muscle and the near zygomatic arch below the medial temporal vein.
