应用改良Delphi法构建中医类美容从业人员培训模式评价指标体系

摘要

ObjectiveTo built a scientific, objective, reasonable and comprehensive evaluation index system of training module for traditional Chinese medicine beauty practitioner in Guangdong Province.Methods Use modified Delphi method to conducted a consultation of experts from different fields to determine evaluation index and weight of the index system.ResultsBy the Delphi method, An index system of training module ifve items in ifrst level and twenty-eight items in second level is established, The positive coefifcient of two rounds of consulting are namely of 88.9%,77.5%. the value of expert authority coefifcient are more than 0.8, Kendall's W test shows that experts consistency coefifcient are 0.382, 0.228( P<0.01).Conclusion Based on the Delphi method can build a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner training model of the construction of evaluation index system with scientiifc and reasonable, also can provide theoretical guarantee and technical support for training.%目的:构建符合广东省中医类医疗美容从业人员现状的一套科学、客观、合理、全面的培训模式评价指标体系.方法:采用改良Delphi法对来自不同领域的专家进行了咨询,确定评价指标和权重.结果:经Delphi法,建立一级指标5项、二级指标28项.二轮问卷调查专家积极性系数分别为88.9%,77.5%;专家权威系数均大于0.8,专家一致性系数为0.382,0.228,均P<0.01.结论:基于Delphi专家调查法构建的中医类美容从业人员培训模式评价指标体系较为科学、合理,可为今后开展中医类美容从业人员培训提供理论保障和技术支持.
