应用Delphi法构建规范化护士培训评价指标体系

         

摘要

Objective To establish a scientific, objective, comprehensive and standardized evaluation index system of nurse training, in accordance with the present stage of our country's basic national conditions. Methods The Delphi method was applied to 22 experts from different fields for three rounds of questionnaires. Results The standardized evaluation index system of nurse training composed of 4 first-level indicators, 8 secondary indicators and 24 tertiary indicators. Conclusion Expert authori-ty, enthusiasm and the consensus degree of the evaluation index of experts show the credibility of the high standardized evaluation index system of nurse training. The establishment of the standardized evaluation index system of nurse training has great signifi-cance to strengthen the construction of standardized nurse training, to ensure the quality of standardized nurse training, and im-prove the overall quality of the team of nurses.%目的:建立符合现阶段我国基本国情的一套科学、客观、全面的规范化护士培训评价指标体系。方法应用Delphi法对来自不同领域的22名专家进行3轮问卷咨询。结果规范化护士培训评价指标体系由一级指标4项、二级指标8项、三级指标24项组成。结论专家权威性、积极性、专家对评价指标的一致程度均显示规范化护士培训评价指标体系的信度高。规范化护士培训评价指标体系的建立对加强规范化护士培训建设、确保规范化护士培训质量、提高护士队伍的整体素质具有重大意义。
