探讨适合东亚人的切开法动态重睑成形术

摘要

Objective To explore the natural double eyelid surgery for East Asian people.Methods To design the personalized double eyelid line.The width was 6.5-7.5mm.To maintain the physiological structure of the tarsus,sutured levator levatoe aponeurosis,tarsus and incision lower dege of the orbicularis oculi muscle,skin suture.Results 165 cases of cosmetic surgery were followed up for three months to five years,all paients with natural eyelid line smooth and patient satisfaction.Conclusion The surgical approach in line with the requirements of physiological double eyelid,the patient can obtain dynamic double eyelid.%目的:探讨适合东亚人的自然重睑手术方式.方法:设计个性化的重睑线,宽度为6.5 ～ 7.5mm.尽量保持睑板前生理结构,缝合上睑提肌腱膜、睑板与切口下缘眼轮匝肌,皮肤对位缝合.结果:对165例美容就医者术后随访3个月～5年,所有就医者重睑线自然流畅,就医者满意.结论:该手术方式符合生理性重睑的要求,就医者可获得动态重睑.
