目的:探讨膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞的解剖及滑膜皱襞综合征的MRI表现,并与关节镜对照,为临床提供诊断依据.方法:选取关节镜术后证实为髌内侧滑膜皱襞的患者74例,术前行MRI表现,并与关节镜对照.结果:MRI诊断髌内侧滑膜皱襞的灵敏度为88.5%,特异度为95.4%,阳性预测值为95.8%,阴性预测值为76.9%.与关节镜对比,一致性检验结果Kappa值>0.75.结论:MRI诊断髌内侧滑膜皱襞与关节镜具有较高一致性,对膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞的诊断和分型具有重要价值.%Objective:Discussing the anatomy of mediopatellar plica of knee and the MRI performance of plica syndrome,and comparing with arthroscopy,to provide morphological basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods:Collecting 74 cases were found medi-al synovial plica symptom confirmed by arthroscopy. The MRI features were retrospectively analyzed and compared with arthroscopy findings. Results:The sensitivity of MRI diagnosis in knee joint mediopatellar plica was 88.5%,specificity was 95.4%,positive predictive value was 95.8%,negative predictive value was 76.9%. The Results were compared with those of arthroscopy,Kappa value was more than 0.75. Conclusion:There is a good consistency between MRI and arthroscopy for diag-nosis of medial patellar plica of knee,and it has important value in diagnosis and classification of mediopatellar plica of knee.
