车辆换挡缓冲阀是自动换挡操纵装置的重要组成元件,它能够使得车辆在换挡的过程中车速平稳地过渡,为了设计一个换挡品质令人满意的缓冲阀,需要研究合适的优化设计方法.基于换挡缓冲阀的结构及工作原理,在AMESim环境下建立了换挡缓冲阀的仿真模型,利用试验设计方法(Design of Experi-ments,DOE),分析得到阀的结构参数对其油压特性的影响分布情况,并且对主要的结构参数利用遗传算法获得期望的最优值,并通过台架试验验证了此优化方法的可行性.%A hydraulic buffering valve of vehicle shift is an important part of the electro-hydraulic automatic mechanical transmission.It can make the vehicle speed smoothly transit during the shifting process.In order to design a satisfactory hydraulic buffering valve,it is necessary to carry out an optimization method.A simulation model of the hydraulic buffering valve of vehicle shift is established by AMESim.The influence degrees of the various structural parameters of hydraulic buffering valve are analyzed through the method of design of experiments (DOE).The optimum values of the main structural parameters are obtained by the genetic algorithm.The feasibility of the optimization method is verified by the bench test.
