比利时拟施行的无过错医疗制度

No Fault Medical System Regulation was passed in Belgian on May, 15th, 2007. it should have been forced on Jan, 1st, 2008, then postpone to Jan, 1st, 2009. The characteristics of this regulation include medical damage burden proof is no longer to patient when applies for compensation. Individual responsibilities of doctor' s are exempted. Except for subjective intention or serious medical fault, doctor will not be prosecuted. General medical damage is concerned to fit for quota compensation.
