医院科研项目结题验收评价方案研究

摘要

以医院科研项目结题质量评价为例,分析了项目结题评价的主要指标,提出应结合项目成果和实际成果与计划相符程度两方面进行评价,并从论文、专著、专利、新药、成果相符程度等指标提出了各自的计算公式和使用方法,同时对主要公式进行了实践运用.最后对项目群的批量评价结果处理给出了"百分制法"和"布拉德福定律"两种方式方法.%Taking hospital research program final quality assessment as an example, the main indictors of final assessment have been analyzed.The indictor system is divided into 2 parts: program result and the degree of matching with the planned results and actual results. Formula and methods of paper, monographs, patents, new drugs, results consistent with other indicators are discussed and applied. "percentage laws and "Bradford' s Law are given to assess the results.
