我院开展院内患者护送服务的实践与体会

摘要

The necessities of patient escorting service in aspects of matching the changes of medical technology and patient’s demands, implementing serving for patient and assuring patient’s safety, improving service process efficiency and promoting medical service environment were discussed. Experiences such as establishing professional patient escorting center, making patient escorting regulation, designing escorting service standard and process and providing free service for escorting patients in Dongyang Municipal People’s Hospital were summarized. The patient escorting system has been optimized service process, improved the total efficiency, formed integrated service chain, promoted integrated nursing quality and greatly improved patient’s satisfaction.%　　从适应医疗服务技术的发展变化，满足患者服务需求；贯彻为患者服务的宗旨，保证患者就医安全；提高服务流程的效率，改善医疗环境等方面阐述了开展院内患者护送服务的必要性，总结了东阳市人民医院通过成立专业化患者护送中心，设计患者护送服务制度，制订护送服务规范与流程，为院内患者检查、检验、手术及其他治疗项目提供免费护送服务的经验，优化了服务流程，提高了医院整体的运行效率，形成了完整连续的服务链，提高了整体护理质量，充分体现了人文关怀，大大提高了患者的满意度。
