我院专业技术职务晋升实行三级评审制的实践

摘要

介绍了首都医科大学附属口腔医院职务晋升实行三级评审制度的方法和效果。通过院实行职务晋升三级评审制，保证了医院医疗、教学、科研各项工作的健康发展，提高了医院的核心竞争力，使每一位医务工作者都能得到公开、公平、公正的晋升机会，最大限度地保障职称晋升评聘工作的客观性和公正性。%The method and effect of professional title promotion by three tiers accreditation system in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Capital Medical University were introduced. The three tiers accreditation system assured clinical service, teaching and research healthy development and improved hospital core strength. Every medical staff got an open, fair and justice opportunity and maximally assured the object and justice in professional title promotion.
