To explore the effect of patient experience based medical services quality evaluation scale. Methods: Empirical methods. Results: Scores between hospitals and before and after intervention were compared. Conclusions: The patient experience based medical services quality evaluation scale can retrospective evaluation of medical defects and provide new approach of medical service quality evaluation for health administrators and hospital managers. It has active effect om promoting medical service quality evaluation methods and strategy.%目的:探讨研制的基于患者体验的医疗服务质量评价量表应用效果。方法:运用研制的量表进行实证研究。结果:运用制定的量表计分方法,客观得出了医院横向比较分析和干预前后的纵向比较分析结果。结论:基于患者体验的医疗服务质量评价量表,能够追溯患者体验的医疗服务质量缺陷所在,实现了医疗服务质量的可比性和追溯性,为卫生行政部门和医院管理者提供了医疗服务质量评价的新途径、新方法。评价量表对改进和完善我国医疗服务质量评价手段和策略具有积极意义。
