目的:探讨国内公立医院薪酬管理制度改革方向.方法:通过与部分国家医疗卫生支出和医生收入水平对比,探析国内公立医院薪酬制度的缺陷,并指出薪酬制度改革方向.结果:国内医疗卫生支出相对不足、医生薪酬水平与其劳动付出不相符、薪酬制度相对不合理、忽视内在报酬作用.结论:国内必须加大对医院财政投入、提高薪酬水平、确立合理的绩效指标、健全内在报酬体系.%Objectives: To explore the direction of compensation management reform in public hospital in China. Methods: By the comparison of abroad health expenditure and doctor's income, the defects of compensation system in public hospital in China were analyzed and the direction of salary system reform was also discussed. Results: The scale of Health care expenditure in China is relatively insufficient. The doctor's pay mismatches their working load. The salary system is irrational and the effect of intrinsic rewards is ignored. Conclusion: It needs to increase government subsidy to improve compensation, make rational performance index system and promote intrinsic rewards system.
