目的：通过2013年国内主要医疗机构在PubMed发文的学科分布分析，反映出各医疗机构在各学科领域的科学研究实力的真实水平。方法：利用PubMedPlus分别检索排名前30位的国内主要医疗机构2013年在PubMed上发表论文情况，对检索出来的数据按学科过滤，再对检索出的结果进行统计和分析。结果：这30所医疗机构2013年被PubMed收录的论文有12178篇，其中基础医学425篇，占3.49%；临床医学10922篇，占89.69%；预防医学与卫生学125篇，占1.03%；药学706篇，占5.80%。临床医学发文数量位居前5位的分别为肿瘤学发文1884篇，占15.47%；外科学发文1449篇，占11.90%；临床神经病学发文1183篇，占9.71%；胃肠及肝脏病发文926篇，占7.60%；心血管系统发文905篇，占7.43%。四川大学华西医院在前4个学科的发文数量都居第1位。结论：临床医学研究论文为医疗机构论文的主要来源，在临床学科中肿瘤学、外科学、临床神经病学、心血管系统和胃肠及肝脏病5个学科为研究热点，四川大学华西医院在医疗机构临床医学研究中具有明显优势，我国各医疗机构科研水平和学科的国际影响力还有待提高。%Objectives:An analysis of subject distribution of China major medical institutions in 2013 was made with PubMedPlus, through the number of published papers in various disciplines to reflect the true scientific research level of these medical institutions in various disciplines. Methods:Retrieved from PubMedPlus database, filtered data according to subjects and made statistic analysis. Results:Top 30 medical institutions in 2013 published 12178 PubMed papers, in which 425 papers of preclinical medicine accounted for 3.49%, 10922 papers of clinical medicine accounted for 89.69%, 125 papers of preventive medicine and hygiene accounted for 1.03%, and 706 papers of pharmacy accounted for 5.80%. The top five subjects in clinical medicine were oncology (1884, 15.47%), surgery (1449, 11.90%), clinical neurology (1183, 9.71%), gastrointestinal and liver disease (926, 7.60%) and cardiovascular system (905, 7.43%). West China hospital of Sichuan University published the most number of papers in the first four disciplines. Conclusion The main paper source of medical institutions was clinical medical research paper. Oncology, surgery, clinical neurology, cardiovascular system as well as gastrointestinal and liver disease were five research focus disciplines in clinical medicine. West China hospital of Sichuan University had obvious advantages in medical institutions of clinical medical research. The scientific research level and academic international influence of domestic major medical institutions need to be improved.
