对援藏干部加强心理健康教育的探索

摘要

援藏工作为西藏的经济建设、政治建设等发挥了重要的积极作用。本文以中央和国家机关第七期援藏工作实际为依据，在对援藏干部基本情况、出发前准备、心理调节方法等进行分析的基础上，就如何加强援藏干部的心理健康和保健工作提出建议。%Tibet targeted aid plays important role on Tibet’s economic and social development. According to the 7th Tibet target aid of central and national government agencies and based on the analysis of general situation, preparatory work and mental health of Tibet cadres, suggestions on how to strengthen mental health care of Tibet cadres are presented.
