Satisfaction measurement system is the evaluation of friendliness quantitative carrier between hospital and society, doctors and patients. In recent years, our hospital make satisfaction evaluation index system, survey method, evaluation content and statements comprehensively regulated. By establishing the connectivity of the system architecture, primarily established a whole-cover outpatients satisfaction assessment system. Meanwhile, a preliminary exploration and research on how to complete coverage of outpatient service satisfaction assessment is conducted.
