医院场所暴力伤医现状及法律对策研究

摘要

近年来,随着国内法制化进程的推进,人们的法律意识日益增强,但是,暴力伤医事件却呈现愈演愈烈之势.通过对2012-2016年国内暴力伤医相关研究的文献评阅,试图从法律角度和行业管理角度提出对策与建议,以期减少暴力伤医行为,为医师执业和患者就医创造良好的医疗环境,为医疗卫生法律法规的完善提供理论支持.%China has made rapid progress in improving the judicial system,and people's legal awareness have gradually increased.However,the medical violent injuries have risen steadily.The article reviewed the literatures of medical violent injuries in the past five years (Year 2012-Year 2016) and gave legal countermeasures from the perspective of legal and industry management so as to decrease the medical violent injuries,create a good medical environment for doctors and patients and provide theoretical support for perfecting the laws and regulations of the health care.
