智慧医院建设理论与实践探索

摘要

阐述了智慧医疗及智慧医院的起源、概念和内涵,在分析了智慧医院建设面临挑战的基础上,提出了智慧医院建设的5R模型构想,即患者关系管理系统(PRM)、电子病历系统(EMR)、科研信息管理系统(SRIS)、医院资源管理系统(HRP)和区域医疗信息系统(RHIS).上海市儿童医院围绕5R模型在智慧医院建设方面积极实践探索,实现了患者服务互联网化、临床服务智能化、科研数据一体化、医院管理精细化、医联体与集团开放互联化.%This paper firstly elaborated the concept,origin and connotation of smart healthcare and smart hospital.Based on the analysis of the challenges of smart hospital construction,it put forward 5R construction conception of smart hospital which could be described as patient relationship management(PRM),electronic medical record(EMR),science research information system(SRIS),hospital resource planning(HRP),regional health information system(RHIS).It introduced the practical exploration and achievements of smart hospital construction in Children's Hospital of Shanghai,such as internetenabled patient services,intelligent clinical services,integration of scientific research data,delicacy hospital management,open-ending and interconnection of hospital alliance.It is hoped that the practical exploration can provide some reference for the hospitals that are or will be carrying out smart hospital construction.
