The ubiquitous healthcare risk and hidden risk factors in healthcare provision is a common problem the global healthcare industry faced.It is considered to complete patient entered safety culture awareness and system and avoid healthcare damage,secure patient safety by follow up tracing adverse events.It also shows that strengthening patient safety system needs promoting hospital management awareness,building hospital safety culture,establishing adverse events report system and feedback mechanism,shaping high risk factor early warning and intervention,encouraging patient participation to improve patient hospital relationship and harmonious development.%医疗风险与不安全因素的普遍存在是全球医疗行业需要共同面对的难题.医院的管理者可以通过完善患者安全文化体系,在医疗机构中形成以促进患者安全为中心的文化建设思维,通过对医疗机构发生的不良事件进行跟踪分析,避免和减少医疗损害,保障患者安全.从更新医院管理理念,构建医院安全文化氛围,建立不良事件上报系统及错误反馈机制,构建高危因子风险预警系统和干预控制工作,落实医院的规章制度,鼓励患者参与,促进医患关系和谐发展等方面阐述了患者安全文化对国内医院安全管理的启示.
