9所公立医院劳务派遣用工问题调查分析

             

摘要

Objectives:To give reference on standardizing labor dispatching in public hospital by learning status quo and problems of labor dispatching in 9 public hospitals.Methods:directors in human resources and other relative departments were selected to have a focus group and some of them also received phone interview in 9 public hospitals.Results:There are big gaps between hospitals in aspects of compensation management and title promotion in group of labor dispatching,conclusions:Labor dispatching is a common human resources management mode but still needs to be more standardized.%目的:通过调查9所公立医院劳务派遣制医务人员使用情况及存在的问题,为规范公立医院劳务派遣用工提供参考.方法:采用方便抽样法对9所公立医院人事部门负责人及相关主管组织座谈,并进行个别电话访谈.结果:9所公立医院均使用派遣制医务人员,在薪酬管理、职称晋升等管理内容上存在较大差异.结论:劳务派遣目前是公立医院普遍采用的一种补充用工形式,但内部管理仍有待规范.
