静脉药物配置中心信息化管理提升临床药学服务能力探索

摘要

PIVAS informatization management gives new chances and challenges on effective carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care and promoting rational medication inspection.With the supports of PIVAS information system,ration medication medical record examination system has been developed.And by the bar code technology,full process information management of medication has been completed.An integrated mode which combined with PIVAS information system and clinical pharmacy care has been explored to improve the capacity of hospital clinical pharmaceutical care.%医院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)信息化管理为临床药学服务有效开展和促进合理用药监督提供了新的机遇和挑战.上海市虹口区江湾医院依托PIVAS信息化管理系统,开发合理用药医嘱审核系统,应用条形码技术实现药物使用全程信息化管理,并积极探索PIVAS信息化管理与临床药学服务的有利嵌合模式,有效提升了医院临床药学服务能力.
