To deeply learn doctor's clinical skill assessment methods and the application of information platform,5 top tertiary hospitals in Shanghai,Xiamen and Guangzhou were selected to have an investigation.It shows that professional practice is the most important index in title promotion.Workload and clinical practice are focused in clinical competences assessment.Peer review and expert assessment are the important methods on clinical skill assessment.Clinical core technology is the key index in special skill and performance assessment.It is considered that it is necessary to establish doctor clinical competence assessment system and clinical competence assessment is the key point and difficult point.Referring existing experiences,combined with qualitative assessment with quantitative assessment and full use information platform support can help establishing doctor's clinical competence assessment system.%为深入了解国内医院医师临床能力考评方法及信息化平台建设现状,课题组对上海、厦门和广州5所三级甲等医院开展现场调研.结果发现,各医院在医师技术职务晋升的条件上注重专业实践经验,在临床能力评价内容上注重工作数质量和临床操作能力,在临床技能考评方法上注重同行评议和专家评鉴的作用,在专科水平考核和绩效考核上注重临床核心技术.研究认为,建立医师临床能力考评体系势在必行,而医师临床能力考评体系的构建,其关键是破解重点难点问题,应充分借鉴国内外先进经验,坚持定性评价与定量评价相结合,充分依托信息化手段建立考评平台.
