In order to get rational use of drug, it is critical to do inpatients-oriented prescription evaluation. How to use clinical pathway as tools for prescription evaluation, training the team, developing standardized documents, and setting up prescription evaluation system for inpatients' medicine order, through PDCA, are discussed.%为了促进合理用药,迫切需要开展面向住院患者的处方点评工作.探讨了如何将临床路径作为住院医嘱处方点评的工具,培训小组成员,制定规范性文件,通过PDCA循环,建立住院病历医嘱处方点评体系.
