从沟通过程模型谈医患沟通障碍

According to the communication process model, barriers to doctor-patient communication were analyzed in terms of information sender and receiver, consistency between encoding and decoding, and system noise, to educate medical students in the humanities and professionalism, to strengthen the training in doctor-patient communication skill and eliminate the system noise in communication process, and to improve communication between doctors and pa-tients.%根据沟通过程模型,分别从信息发出者和接受者、编码译码的一致性、系统噪音等沟通环节分析了医患沟通过程存在的障碍因素,并提出对医学生进行人文和职业精神教育、加强医生医患沟通能力的培训和考核、消除医患沟通中系统噪音等改善医患沟通的措施建议.
