QC活动在提升医院质量管理工具规范使用中的作用

摘要

Based on standard establishment of quality control group for the department,the PDCA concept is employed to continuously improve the concept by combining with classic management tools so that the consciousness of quality control group is enhanced.During the five years,PDCA-SDCA culture of the department is gradually formed,which helps to attain certain achievements in securing medical quality and safety,and promoting patients' satisfaction.%在规范建立科室质控小组的基础上,利用PDCA持续改进理念,结合经典管理工具,提升了科室质控小组的质量管理意识.5年间逐步形成了科室PDCA-SDCA文化,在保证医疗质量安全、提升患者满意度方面取得了一定成效.
