乙烯抑制剂对灰枣叶片再生的影响

Taking tissue culture leaves ofZizyphus jujube ‘huizao’ as materials, the effects of different ethylene inhibitors on leaf regeneration were studied. The results show that 0.5 mg/L AgNO3 and 0.1 mg/L STS can promote jujube leaf regeneration, and the regeneration rates were 82.25% and 91.26%. The leaf regeneration rate of jujube was higher by adding 0.1 mg/L STS in culture medium.%以灰枣组培苗叶片为材料，研究不同乙烯抑制剂对灰枣叶片再生的影响。结果表明，0.5 mg/L AgNO3和0.1 mg/L 的STS均促进灰枣叶片再生，再生率分别为82.25%、91.26%；由此可见，培养基中附加0.1 mg/L STS，灰枣叶片再生率较高。
