博客侵权问题研究

摘要

近年来博客侵权案件不断增多,并引起了社会各界的广泛关注.针对博客侵权的现状、博客侵权的构成要件、博客侵权的司法认定、博客侵权民事责任的承担等,作者进行了初步探讨,以期对博客侵权及其立法规制有所裨益.%In recent years the cases of blog infringement are on the increase, attracting more attention from all walks of life. The author provides a preliminary discussion on the status, elements, and judicial finding of blog infringement, as well as civil liabilities for blog infringement, in the hope of contributing to the research and legislative regulation of blog infringement.
