Boron-doped hard carbon was prepared by carbonization of the boron-dope d phenolic resin which was a mixture of thermoset phenolic resin and H3BO3 w ith alcohol. The results of its charging and discharging indicated that the capacity of lithium intercalation in it was much improved by boron-doping, and the pote n tial of deintercalation of lithium below 1V was lowered and the potential curve of charging and discharging became flatter than that of undoped one. XRD analysi s showed that the d002 of boron-doped carbon was reduced greatly, which i ndicate d that the structure of carbon was more orderly arranged.%将热固性酚醛树脂与H3BO3溶解并混合,得到含硼酚醛树脂,经进一步炭化制成掺硼 硬 碳材料。充放电结果表明,硼的掺杂使锂的嵌/脱容量明显提高,同时1V以 下的脱嵌电位降 低,且电位平稳性有所改善。XRD分析表明,掺硼后使硬碳的d002明显减小,即碳结 构的有 序化程度提高。
