Objective To explore the effect of uncertainty and anxiety level on the self - efficacy of young and middle aged patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Total of 500 young and middle - aged patients wilh coronary heart disease were investigated with general information questionnaire, self - efficacy scale, uncertainty in illness scale and self - rating Anxiety Scale. Results The total score of self - efficacy was 6.91土2.24,and 64％ of them were in the medium level. Multiple regression analysis showed that uncertainty in illness, anxiety and educational level were influencing factors of self - efficacy. Conclusion The self - efficacy of young and middle - aged coronary heart disease patients should be improved, and the patient ' s uncertainty and anxiety level can be reduced, so that the self - efficacy of the patients can be improved.%目的:探讨疾病不确定感和焦虑水平对中青年冠心病患者自我效能的影响.方法:采用一般资料调查表、自我效能量表、疾病不确定感量表和焦虑自评量表对500例中青年冠心病患者进行调查.结果:中青年冠心病患者的自我效能得分为(6.91 ±2.24)分,64％的患者自我效能处于中等偏低水平.多元逐步回归分析显示,疾病不确定感、焦虑水平、文化程度是中青年冠心病患者自我效能的主要影响因素.结论:中青年冠心病患者的自我效能有待提高,降低患者的疾病不确定感和焦虑水平,可以提高患者的自我效能.
