意向再论证影响疾病防制功能落实作用机制

摘要

This paper demonstrated the recognition and acceptability of the mechanism model of influencing the functions of disease control and prevention through intention survey and comparison with previous research results. It was found that the conclusion was consistent with the systematic review,the stakeholders thought the issues had been ameliorated obviously. Since the root factors still existed,the model is of a certain practical significance.%运用意向调查的数据，结合与前期研究结果的对比，对“我国疾病防制功能难以切实落实到位作用机制模型”的认可与接受程度进行了再论证。结果显示与文献论证的结果一致，各方认为该模型反映的问题明显改善，但由于根源因素尚存在，所以该机制还具有一定现实意义。
