综合性医院医务社工的探索与实践

摘要

This article discussed social work practice by analyzing“3+X”work pattern on how to deliver professional social work services for services users proposed by a comprehensive tertiary grade A hospital. Meanwhile, challenges and opportunities were also studied and some feasible suggestions were summarized for the future development of localized social work in health care hospitals.%以某三甲综合医院医务社工的探索与实践为例，全面解析其提出的“3+X”医务社工工作模式，论述医务社工发展可能面临的挑战与机遇，为探索本土化的综合性医院医务社工发展路径提出可行性的建议。
