The report can assist cooperatives which are contemplating use of industrial development bonds as a method of long-term financing. It shows the extent to which cooperative ID bond financing is already in use, how such co-ops have fared in their use of ID bonds, and why ID bond financing might be beneficial to many cooperatives not familiar with this type of financing.
