PDCA循环在推进医院评审工作中的实践

摘要

介绍了PDCA循环（计划、执行、检查、处理）的概念、PDCA循环在医院评审工作中的应用，提出在医院管理过程中全方位引入PDCA循环理念，不仅能够推进医院评审各项工作的开展，而且有助于巩固医院质量管理长效机制，持续改进医疗质量和安全。%The paper introduced the concept of PDCA cycle(plan,do,check,action) and the application of PDCA cycle in hospital accreditation. The authors pointed out that fully introducing the concept of PDCA cycle into the hospital management process could not only promote all the work of the hospital accreditation,but also help the consolidation of the long-term mechanism of hospital quality management and continuously improve the quality and safety of medical care.
