基于社区的孕产妇保健集体干预模式社会性评估

摘要

Objective:To test the acceptability of“collective intervention model for maternal health care in community” for the leader of community,community doctors,pregnant women and their families.Methods:The acceptability of carrying out collective intervention model was surveyed in eight communities in Shanghai,Beijing and Changzhou.Results:The study demonstrated that collective intervention was acceptable for all parties and could be performed by the communities.Conclusion:Collective intervention model is an appropriate channel that can be used strategically for improving the services of community maternal health and the ability of self health assessment of pregnant women.%目的：检验管理方、供方、需方和社会方对课题组构建的“基于社区的孕产妇保健集体干预模式”的认可程度，明确该模式的价值。方法：对上海、北京、常州8个社区中参加干预模式的各方进行现场调查和关键知情人访谈。结果：基于社区的孕产妇保健集体干预模式受到各方认可并对各方有益。结论：该模式是现有孕产妇保健服务的有益补充，并可优化社区孕产妇保健服务功能，提高孕产妇健康自我评估能力。
