目的 了解和分析上海市老年护理机构的经济运行现状.方法 采用横断面调查,对上海市305家老年护理相关机构进行普查,调查机构的床位数、医护人员数、门诊与住院服务量以及财务收支情况等.结果 全市有40.40%的老年护理相关机构的收支比例小于1,业务收支呈现亏损状态,平均亏损1489.61万元."压床"问题突出并严重抑制了业务收入的增长.结论 目前上海市老年护理服务的经济运行状况不容乐观,医疗服务收不抵支成为主要原因.建议科学制定医疗服务价格,凸显服务价值,提高床位使用效率,增加机构活力,引入社会资本,提升服务品质.%Objective To analyze the economic operation of aged care facilities in Shanghai. Methods Cross-sectional survey was conducted among 305 aged care facilities in Shanghai on the number of beds,medical staff,quantity of service, and financial expenses and income. Results A total of 40.40% aged care facilities' ratio between receipts and expenses were less than one,with an average loss of 14.896 1 million yuan due to the large losses in medical service. The lowbed rotation-rate was the serious problem which limited the increasing of receipts. Conclusion The financial operating condition of the elderly care was not optimistic. Failure on making ends meet in medical service was the main reason for this. It was essential to develop reasonable price of medical service that enhances the service value. It is also suggested to increase the bed usage rate,stimulate the enthusiasm of institutions,attract social capital and improve the quality of service.
