临床路径管理对合理控制病种费用的效果分析

摘要

目的 探索临床路径(CP)在保证医疗服务质量,有效控制医疗费用中的作用.方法 采用回顾性分析与分层随机抽样的方法,将CP组与对照组的病种费用、平均住院日、药品比率等进行综合比较.结果 CP组较对照组指标显著下降(P＜0.01、P＜0.05).结论 临床路径通过降低住院日、规范诊疗行为,有效控制了不合理的医疗费用.%Objective To study on the effect of clinical pathway ( CP) on ensuring medical service quality and controlling medical cost. Method Hie retrospective investigation and stratified random sampling method was used to compare the medical cost of single disease, average length of stay, and pharmaceutical proportion between CP group and control group. Result The CP group had significant lower indicators than the control group (P < 0. 65). Conclusion Through decreasing of the length of stay and standardization of the medical treatment, clinical pathway can effectively control unreasonable medical cost.
