目的 了解某三甲医院省内住院患者来源的地域分布及其相关因素,为卫生行政部门合理配置医疗卫生资源,制定医院未来发展规划,提高医院影响力提供参考依据.方法 采集该院2010年-2014年住院患者病案首页中的现住址,按行政区域进行统计,并采用相关分析法,探讨每个地区住院人数与当地常住人口数、人均GDP、来院就诊公共交通耗时和该地区三级甲等医院数量的关系.结果 该院所在省会城市以外的住院患者比例呈上升趋势,岳阳市的住院人数最多,娄底市的住院人数占当地人口数之比最高.住院人数与当地常住人口数呈正相关,与人均GDP、来院就诊公共交通耗时和该地区三级甲等医院数量不存在线性相关关系.结论 该院在所在省内具有良好的知名度和美誉度,人口基数是确保医疗服务开展的基础,当地三级医院配置的数量影响患者的转诊,经济水平和就诊距离并非患者就诊选择的决定因素.%Objective To investigate the regional distribution of provincial inpatients and its related factors in a 3A grade hospital,and to provide reference for reasonable allocation of health care resources by administrative department,for establishment of development strategy for the hospital,and for improvement of hospital influence.Methods The current address in the home page of medical record was extracted from the discharged patients from 2010 to 2014,andanalyzed based on administrative regions.Correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between number of inpatients and factors such as total population,per capita GDP,public transit time consuming to the hospital and the number of the tertiary hospitals.Results The proportion of inpatients outside the Changsha city showed a rising trend,with most from Yueyang,and inpatients from Loudi accounted for the highest proportion of local population.There was positive correlation between the number of inpatients and the local population,and no relationship was found between the number of inpatients and the per capita GDP or public transit time consuming to the hospital or the number of tertiary hospitals.Conclusion The hospital had high visibility and great influence in Hunan province.Population was the basis to ensure the source of patients.The number of local tertiary hospital configuration affect patient's referral,economic level and distance were not the determinants of choice of patients.
